Please use a test tool under “Global Settings” -> ”Diagnostic” -> ”Connectivity Test” to test the ezMaster runtime readiness; if there's any message in red like prompt for Controller port (1234) not open. In such case, please make sure your GW has enabled port forwarding on UDP port#1234 to the IP address bound to ezMaster.

Please make sure whether the ezMaster has been registered first. The requirement to add the devices into device inventory will depend on device's network location. It will be required for EWS devices placed in remote network; for local devices under the same network as ezMaster, they should not be added into the inventory.

If the ezMaster is installed on local PC, there's no extra cost; if ezMaster is run on remote host or cloud VM, network connection fee or traffic-related charges may apply depending on your plan with ISP. However, ezMaster alone is free of charge.
